To be a good presenter is not easy, it takes effort and training hard to achieve it. Of course, we often see many people doing a presentation either in class or in a large forum. Perhaps not many of them make memorable presentation.

In the education sectors, presentations or describe a topic for discussed is inseparable. For a teacher it is very important to learn it, because teachers always give a speak in front of the class. Delivering the subject matter, explaining many topics, discussing about news update and so forth. As students, study about presentation also important, sometimes students is given the task by the teacher to make a presentation to discuss a topic, students should be prepared to explain to the class with a good presentation so that what is delivered can be understood by the other students

In the presentation there are two things that need to be noticed that the audio and visual. Audio is how the sound delivered by the presenter is able to be heard by the audience. For a presenter, in presenting the voice should be clear and not be too hard. The second one is the visual; this visual meaning is that the audience can see what is displayed by the presenter. When presenters use slides, the slides shown should be read and understand, and interesting to watch.

Several things must be prepared before, during and after the presentation.

Before Presentation

Collecting material or topic related to what we presented

Before making the presentation, of course, we already know what will be discussed in the presentation. Find a journal, reading materials, books, videos or recordings related to the topic that we would be presented. We can find these materials in the library or browsing the Internet.

Prepare presentation structure

After all the material was collected, then we will make the structure of the presentation. Structure presentation is introduction, content and conclusion. The introduction consists of the topic, objectives and identification of issues that will be discussed. While the contents consisted of a discussion of the theory. The conclusion consists of summarize of the presentation. All of this then we apply into a slide that will be used for presentations.

Try to do a presentation

After a slide is complete, then try to do the presentation. For the first time, maybe we can practice alone. Next time, can try to do in front of our friends, ask them for correction our presentation

Pray

Before making the presentation, pray to your god given the best in presentation, it is important to increase the confidence in ourselves and leave it to God for the efforts we have prepared.

During the Presentation

When the presentation time has come, we have to do is give motivational therapy to ourselves that we could do with a good presentation and ready to show the best to the audience. Describe the topic discussion well, not too long and not too fast. Furthermore, if there have questions from the audience then answers according to what we know. When the session ends, say thanks to the audience that heard our presentation.

  After Presentation

It is important for us for reviewing a presentation that we have done; ask for feedback from your friends or people who saw our presentation, what should be improved in our presentation. It is useful as a lesson to make our next presentation.
